A tidy lawn is the cheapest thing you can do for a property, and the first thing anyone notices. We cut to a consistent height, edge every border, and blow down the paths and driveway before we leave, so the job looks finished rather than merely done.
Regular clients get a fixed price and a set rotation, which keeps the mowing quick and the lawn healthier. One off cuts are welcome too, particularly for rental exits, open homes and properties that have been left for a while.

Clippings caught and removed, or mulched back in to feed the lawn through summer.
Edging and line trimming
Clean lines along paths, driveways, fences and garden beds every visit.

Gardens in south east Queensland do not sit still. A wet summer will put a metre on a hedge and fill every bed with weeds while your back is turned. We bring the whole thing back into shape and then keep it there, on whatever schedule suits.
Full property clean ups are a large part of what we do. Rental exits, deceased estates, pre sale tidy ups, or the block that simply got away from you over Christmas. Send a photo and we will price it honestly.

Blocked gutters are a storm season problem long before they are a roof problem. Water backs up under the tiles or the sheeting, finds the ceiling, and the repair costs many times what the clean would have. Ipswich gets its worst rain in a hurry, so the gutters need to be clear before it arrives.
We clear the gutters by hand, flush the downpipes, bag the debris and take it with us. While we are on the roof we check the valleys, the flashings and the state of the roof sheets, and tell you what we saw.

Split system air conditioner cleaning

If your split system smells musty when it kicks on, that smell is mould and bacteria growing on the barrel fan and the coil. Filters only catch the coarse stuff. Everything finer settles inside the unit, where it chokes the airflow, drives the power bill up and blows straight back into the room you sleep in.
A proper clean is more than a wipe down. We pull the unit apart, treat and wash the coil and the barrel, clear the drain line, clean the filters and the housing, and reassemble it with a drop sheet under the whole lot. No mess left behind.

Concrete, pavers and rendered walls all hold a film of algae and grime that builds up so slowly you stop seeing it. Washing it off is the fastest way to make a property look cared for, and it takes the slip out of a shaded path at the same time.
Pressure is matched to the surface. Driveways and retaining walls take a firm hand. Rendered walls, painted surfaces and older pavers get a soft wash instead, because blasting them costs you more than it saves.

How much does lawn mowing cost in Ipswich?
Our mowing starts at $60, which covers a standard suburban lawn cut, edged and blown down. The final price depends on the size of the block, how steep it is, whether the mower fits through the gate, and how long it has been since the last cut. Regular fortnightly clients pay less per visit than one off jobs, because the grass never gets away.
My yard is completely overgrown. Will you still take the job?
Yes. Overgrown properties are a large part of our work, and nobody gets a lecture about it. Send a photo through with your quote request. Long grass usually gets cut back in stages over one visit rather than one pass, and the price reflects the extra time and the volume of green waste we take away.
Why bother cleaning solar panels?
Dust, pollen, bird droppings and airborne grime build a film across the glass that blocks light and drops generation. In a dry Ipswich stretch that film bakes on hard. Cleaning restores output, and the check we do at the same time matters just as much: cracked glass, burnt cells, lifted seals and corroded frames turn up far more often than owners expect, and none of it announces itself from the ground.

Regularly. We handle exit and entry clean ups, routine maintenance between tenancies, and scheduled grounds work for smaller commercial sites. Photo records of completed work are supplied for agents who need them, and invoices are issued to whichever party you nominate.
How quickly can you get here?
Quotes generally come back the same day. Standard mowing and aircon cleans are usually booked within the week. Larger clean ups depend on the size of the job and the weather, and you will be given a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
